I can't view the videos, what happened?

Make sure you have all the requirements as listed above. Sometimes there are network congestions and you will continue to see the buffering/loading screen. This is normal, just pause the video for a minute or two and try again. If you can view other video but not that particular videos, chances are the link is dead. If that is the case, you can report the broken link and a member of the staff will try to take a look at it for you.

OnlinePhim.net is for watching videos online only. If you like the video, we recommend that you purchase the original medias. This ensure that you will have the best possible quality of the video you already enjoyed (no buyer's remorse), and you will also be supporting your favorite artists.

What are those flags for?

Flags are representing language, audio and origin country of the movie.
The example below represents the video that was produced in Hong Kong, Vietnamese dubbed, with Chinese (mandarin) subtitle.

Why my video sometimes shows "buffering"?

Sometimes you might experience slow, congested network. Just click on PAUSE and wait a few minutes then click PLAY to resume your video

Do you take requests?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: It's our policy that we don't take request simply because we don't have enough manpower to do it. You can help other people by fulfilling their requests and in turn, they might help you find yours. Depending on staffs's and videos' availabilities, we might be able to help with some of them, but as always ... no promises.

How can I watch the video in full screen mode?

Full screen mode required Flash version 9,0,28,0 or newer. Simply clicking on the fullscreen button on the player to enter full screen mode, it's right next the volume control.

Can I get the episodes that are missing?

Yes, you may. You can either report the broken link or request it in forums. In most cases, especially on long series, you can just ignore the missing episodes.

What exactly are "tags"?

You can think of tags as keywords or categories that are associated with the videos. For instance if you want to look for a comedy video, simply select its tag and it will list all videos that are linked with that tag. The size of each tag is determined by the number of videos that are associated with it. The bigger the tag, the more videos are linked with that tag; the smaller the tag, the less videos connected with that tag. Try it out for yourself and see.

How do I use the search function?

Before you search, make sure you select either the English or Vietnamese selection. This will determine the type of result that will be returned. For example, if you want to search for a video with a Vietnamese title, check the "Viet" box and them type in a search term, complete with all symbols and click search. To search for an English title, select "Eng" and type in an english word and click the search button.

What is the directory listing?

The directory listing is a quick way to search for video with a certain type and/or country when you don't know the name of the videos. For example, if you want to list all the korean series, simply select "Series" from the first row and the korean flag from the second row and click the "Show" button.

When is the next episode for ### will be added?

We have no idea. Everything is done by different volunteer groups, from subtitling, encoding to posting. Since it's done by volunteers on their spare time, there is no set schedule. The short answer is ... it's available when it's available.

What does "Currently Airing" mean?

Currently Airing means that the series is currently being aired in their respective countries (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc ...). It does not mean currently adding, posting, or updating.
